Job Qualification Requirements:
High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate is required.
Minimum of twelve (12) months of verifiable work experience as a Restaurant Supervisor, Shift Supervisor, or in a comparable supervisory position in a restaurant or food service establishment. Knowledge of computer applications used for preparing daily operational reports and related records. Ability to work split shifts, rotating schedules, weekends, holidays, and other work schedules based on operational requirements; Ability to receive, document, and resolve customer complaints in accordance with established company policies and procedures.
Knowledge of inventory control procedures for food, beverages, liquor, small wares, equipment, uniforms, and other restaurant supplies, including the preparation of periodic inventory reports.
Ability to monitor inventory levels and coordinate the replenishment of supplies to support restaurant operations.
Knowledge of food preparation and cooking methods and the ability to assist with kitchen operations during peak business periods or staffing shortages.
Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards, including compliance with applicable CNMI, and local health regulations, as applicable.
Ability to read, understand, and implement written operating procedures, schedules, and work instructions.

FRINGE BENEFITS Three-Fourths Guarantee: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extension, if any.
Transportation and subsistence: If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse, or advance payment for the worker’s transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and `subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.

Directly supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in preparing and serving food. Train workers in food preparation, and in service, sanitation, and safety procedures.
